Being born...

Well, this is it. I've taken the step to start a blog. I am not so arrogant as to believe there will be a bunch of people sitting around hanging on my every word. Accordingly, I will try to make things interesting, but not over personal as on some blogs I have seen. I think some people write as if they are writing in thier diary, laying the minutia of thier lives before you. Not gonna find that here!!!!
 I am an artist, and a writer. These are the talents I was born with and excel in. I have recently begun selling items on etsy.com, for now mainly resale/vintage clothing, but eventually plan to have a variety of creative items on etsy. The main problem is CHOOSING somthing to concentrate on, because I do work in many mediums, so it is difficult to forsake one for the other...
I am also a writer, and am working on several books, which I hope to share some snippets of on here!
I recently sold a raw silk Ralph Lauren safari style jacket to one of my lovely etsy customers, Starla. She needed it for some sort of neo-victorian/steam-punk sort of event. She has very graciously agreed to share photos of herself at the event in the jacket, which I plan to share with you here~
I do believe I have shared enough on my maiden voyage into blogging. Surprisingly enough, it didn't hurt a bit!!
